Organizational Psychologist is capable of:

· Manage and solve interpersonal problems and conflicts.

· Develop exceptional team works.

· Identify and develop leadership skills, inside a company.

· Give information, in order that the company can take good decisions, through the application and analysis of psychometrical tests.

· Promote an environment, inside the company, that makes people work and develop all their skills.

An Organizational Psychologist can work in:

· Work relations

· Area of Human Resources

· Organizational behaviour

The last Thursday, we had an interesting activity in SUM, we play a game in which we have to answer some questions about the activities that does an Organizational Psychologist, like the one mentioned before. We play it in teams of 9. Per one correct answer, we advanced one square, or two, depending on the question. Also, we saw the companies in which an Organizational Psychologist can work.

International Law

It protects and guarantee human rights in specific conflicts.

Human Rights
They are group of values protected by local and international law.
Also, they are the minimum rights that we all have as human beings, recognized and respected in all the world.


International Law regulates human rights by:

a) International Documents: They are written down in order to be known.

* Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
* International Convention of Civil and Political Rights.
* Interamerican Convention on Human Rights.
* American Declaration of Rights and Duties.

b) International Tribunals: international organisms legally constituted according to an international statute and with full decisions powers, established in such statute. These tribunals solve controversies between nations, people against the state and international organizations and countries.
* International Court of Justice: It is not special. Created by UN. It solve only controversies between the state.
* International Criminal Court: Deals with genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
* Interamerican Court of Human Rights: Violations of the state against human beings, such as torture, religious prosecution, etc.


In order to create them, the conflict to be solved must happen in a specific time, with specific people and in a specific place. They pursue specific crimes, such as genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Some of the Special Tribunals are those created to solve controversies in:

* Rwanda.
* Ex-Yugoslavia.
* Sierra Leone.
* Cambodia.
* Lebanon.
* Nuremberg.
* Iraq (Saddam Hussein).
* East Timor.

They mainly pursue genocide and crimes against humanity, but also terrorism.

INTERPOL
Frech police that investigate where criminals are. They don't have the power to prosecute them, only to locate them. They have an extensive database. They deal with:
* Stolen Passports
* Durg dealing
* Cybernetic Crimes
* Child Pornografic
* Most Wanted people
